Foods all affect your body differently, and have different benefits depending on the food. That is why I want to switch it up and give you a testosterone boosting smoothie recipe that you can have if you’re looking for a quick meal, or if you need something after your workout. This smoothie will help increase your testosterone levels, while keeping your estrogen levels as low as possible. Now, let’s get started with this easy and delicious smoothie recipe.
Ingredient #1: ALMOND MILK. This serves as the base of the smoothie. Put about a half a cup, a little more or a little less is fine depending on how thick you would like your smoothie to be.
Ingredient #2: ALMOND BUTTER. You are going to use 1-2 tablespoons.
Ingredient #3: SUNFLOWER SEEDS. You can put as much as you want in there, experiment with how many sunflower seeds affects the taste of the smoothie to where you like it.
Ingredient #4: TESTOGREENS. You will use just one scoop of testogreens, which is one serving.
Ingredient #5: FROZEN BERRIES. I recommend using about a full cup of mixed berries. Using frozen fruit will help make it cold, and give it more of that smoothie texture.
Ingredient #6: VANILLA WHEY PROTEIN POWDER. You will just need one scoop for this smoothie, which will be around 24 grams of protein.
Ingredient #7: BANANA. You can use a whole banana if you’d like, it comes down to preference for the taste of the smoothie.
