  1. Dude I love your channel. You have stepped up my bbq game big time. I hate to criticize, but don’t call it a kolache. I’m from Fayette County, heart of Central Texas Czech country. We call them pig-in-a-blankets or klobasniky. Kolaches are the ones with non-meat filling. I know they call them “klobasneks” in other places, but that’s a foreign word where I’m from. Also, the ends should be mostly covered with dough. It’s ok if the sausage peeks out a little, but it shouldn’t be showing full dong at the ends. Come down to Fayette County sometime and I’ll show you the spots-Kountry Bakery, Lukas Bakery, Hruska’s, Weikel’s. Love your channel man. Keep up the good work.

  2. Here in Chicago we have bagel dogs which, as I'm sure you've deduced, are hot dogs wrapped in a bagel dough just like these. They're incredible. I imagine these are so much belter just due to the inherent differences.
