Dude I love your channel. You have stepped up my bbq game big time. I hate to criticize, but don’t call it a kolache. I’m from Fayette County, heart of Central Texas Czech country. We call them pig-in-a-blankets or klobasniky. Kolaches are the ones with non-meat filling. I know they call them “klobasneks” in other places, but that’s a foreign word where I’m from. Also, the ends should be mostly covered with dough. It’s ok if the sausage peeks out a little, but it shouldn’t be showing full dong at the ends. Come down to Fayette County sometime and I’ll show you the spots-Kountry Bakery, Lukas Bakery, Hruska’s, Weikel’s. Love your channel man. Keep up the good work.
Somehow these still hold up as one of the easiest and cheapest but also one of the best tasting things you could possibly make in my book😂 especially if you pair them with chili!
Oh God, corndog!!!!!!!!!
Same in Tennessee. I thought kolaches were Korean cause I only see them in the Korean donut shops
is that a Rhino-lined stand mixer?
Here in Chicago we have bagel dogs which, as I'm sure you've deduced, are hot dogs wrapped in a bagel dough just like these. They're incredible. I imagine these are so much belter just due to the inherent differences.
Trying this with some brisket for my Thanksgiving contribution this year at the in laws, keep up the amazing videos Bradley!
"And a little dong in this one."
🤣🤣🤣
For the liquid addition of water. How much did you add?
Conndog in the knives?
Thanks, another top vid. As a suggestion have you tried cooking bacon donuts?

Yummy ! When I lived in Texas I use to have these and I haven’t had them in years. Thanks for sharing 😊
Was that…was that a corn dog?
Born and raised in Houston Tx… kolaches in the morning are about as famous as breakfast tacos in the morning!! 😊❤kolache love
Has anyone told you that you look almost identical to WWE Superstar "Elias" also sounds like him too
My wife agrees she likes the weenie cleaned.
Absolutely a fan of more kolache videos. It's my favorite food group 😉
Great work Chud looks delicious! I know the Weber series is over, but would be interested to see your take on a Turkey with thanksgiving coming up!
