I just want to know how to get ribs like that with all that meat? The ribs at my grocery store look NOTHING like that, sad really, hurts my man soul
There are few things I enjoy cooking more than beef ribs – belly or back, doesn't matter – either cut will come out MEAT CANDY when you know how to cook them!
Malcom can bbq right! That's for sure!
This was a great collaboration between Malcom and Alonzo. One of the most entertaining and engaging recent episodes. Those ribs looked amazing. Well done guys! ๐๐ผ

Weird. No wrap when it was near 165-170 till itโs done. Wrapped for resting only. Now what was the total cook time ?

HANDS DOWN BEEF RIBS BEST SMOKED MEAT!!! My favorite!!! ๐คค
Absolutely mouthwatering! The way you broke down the process made it so easy to follow, and those ribs look incredible โ perfectly smoky and tender. Gulf Coast Smoke always brings authentic Texas flavor to life. Keep up the amazing work!
Malcom, whatโs going on with your product line at Walmart? Itโs been hard to find lately. Thanks! Good stuff! ๐๐พ
If I had to go anywhere for bbq advice. Malcolm's been the guy.

As hard as it is to find good beef ribs, my solution is to just smoke a chuck roast.
I've been a subscriber sense daily 1 and you have only gotten better!!! Favorite BBQ/Channel on YouTube
We need an Arnie Tex and Malcom collab
Love this collaboration
2x legends of the game.
I trust the big guy's review of those ribs, I know he put away a few tons of the stuff.
I have never "spritzed" my BBQ with anything other than water or maybe vinegar. I can't wait to try a couple of mixtures of "W" sauce with my water now. Maybe 2 to 1 rather than 4 to 1.

bro mesquite wood is trash wood if you cook with that. pecan ,oak, hickory, and apple wood are true flavor bbqing woods.
Love, love me some pico but it will never ever be on my beef ribs
Pico recipe please….TY
Save me a bite Malcom!
At my local grocery store, the beef ribs they sell are about 8 ribs. But there is no meat on top. Only bone and the meat in between the ribs. Iโm not paying $8.99 a pound for bones.
It looks so good
I picked up some AP seasoning and my wife, who never likes anything I try, won't eat anything without it
Itโs smokin season
Post Oak Is Ok
But Spanish Oak Is King
Dino ribs are the absolute best and these look great
Thanks for sharing this with everyone.

Gulf Coast Smoke!!!! Love this. Best bite in BBQ
For those of you eating mid-western or eastern USA bbq you will notice nobody open a bottle of bbq sauce here. That is THE Texas way. Itโs optional, but if your guests reach for the sauce then you have failed.
