Texas style spareribs
There’s definitely an art to smoking these type of ribs so let me break it down for you

Ingredients:
– 2 racks of intact spareribs
– @oklahomajoes Texas BBQ rub or you can use salt and pepper

Fuel:
-lump charcoal Post oak
-Post Oak wood splits

Spritz ingredients:
2:1 ration of water to apple cider vinegar

The cook basics:
– Trim and prep your ribs by cutting any boneless uneven pieces, removing the sternum, and removing the membrane.
– Season your ribs and allow them to “sweat” while you heat your smoker.
– Heat your smoker to 250 degrees with lump charcoal and post oak wood splits.
– Smoke your ribs low and slow at 250 degrees for 2 1/2 hours.
– After 2 1/2 hour wrap your ribs with only spritz mixture and back onto the smoker for until probe tender.
– Allow your ribs to rest faced up uncovered for 30 minutes.
– Slice and enjoy!
