Garlic pepper pork is a popular dish in Thailand and is often eaten as a quick lunch or dinner by local people in Thailand.

Ingredients:
300g / 10 oz thinly sliced pork neck or loin
2 tablespoons of oyster sauce
1 tablespoon of light soy sauce
1 tablespoon of seasoning sauce (green mountain sauce or maggi)
1 tablespoon of sugar
1 tablespoon of vegetable oil
8 cloves of garlic roughly chopped
½ teaspoon of ground black or white pepper

1. Combine the pork, oyster sauce, soy sauce, seasoning sauce, sugar, oil and 2 cloves of the garlic in the mixing bowl.

2. Refrigerate for 20-30 minutes

3. Heat 2 more tablespoons of vegetable oil in a wok over a medium heat, add the remaining garlic and stir fry until it begins to turn brown

4. Increase the heat to high and add the marinated pork and stir fry for 3-4 minutes or until the pork is cooked through(cook for a bit longer if you want less sauce)

5. Add the pepper and stir fry for another 30 seconds then serve with steamed rice, cut cucumber and a Thai fried egg.
