A fail-proof minced pork recipe that cooks under 15 minutes! Honestly, give us this, rice and a sunny side up and that’ll do it for us. The trick to a flavourful dish is the a high heat sear on the minced pork before adding the rest of the sauces to give it that charred flavour.

3 tbsp vegetable oil
2 shallots (thinly sliced)
7 cloves garlic (sliced)
3 chilli padi (de-seeded, if desired, and thinly sliced)
450g ground pork
1 tsp sugar
1 tbsp fish sauce
1 tbsp light soy sauce
2 tsp dark soy sauce
2 tsp oyster sauce
½ cup water
1½ cups holy basil leaves

Love your video, anyway where in Singapore can you get Thai basil leave?
Favore Thai dish likewise a fast food can cook and eat everywhere in Thailand, the taste and delicious depending on kind of basil leave in Thai such as Kaprao, Horapha, Yeerha etc.
Why did you say… its a thai dish!! Buy using some sweet basil rather than thai basil it just an ordinary stirfry!!! Grrrr
Serve with fresh jasmin rice and fried egg with runny yolk.
I love this on a bed of fluffy white rice.
