  1. Thank You! I have been watching all 20+ years of America’s Test Kitchen and Cooks Country.

    Thought many of the concoctions you come up with, I have changed my diet such that many of them I no longer would consume. But I still get some ideas on how to prepare healthier versions.

    Dan and Lawman have lots of fans out here in YouTube and tv land (wink, wink). They really know their way around the kitchen and not afraid of a skillet or hot oven!

Between what's eating dan and techniquely with lan, we get not only the best preparation methods but also the why that is so lacking otherwise!

  3. This is where I come to get WONDERFUL-tips and recipes in an INTELLIGENT yet SIMPLE to understand format – so much better than tiktokers (ugh) and other YouTube channels that ramble and expect you to buy several ingredients that you may never use again – you can’t beat ATK.
