I have always wanted to try a turducken. Last year for Thanksgiving I smoked both a turkey and duck separately and it was delicious. This year is going to be different and not get the normal frozen turkey from the store. I am getting a fresh turkey from a local supplier. The turkey will be un-alived on Tuesday before thanksgiving and picked up Wednesday where I can start brining and all the good stuff.
Only thing I would do differently is to cook the green beans longer. I do not like crunchy green beans.
Guga sucks. He spent half his vid shitting on Austin food. The dude gives me the fucking creeps, and I can’t exactly explain why.
Great work here, as always.
Amazing work!!
I love a good Turducken and smoking it will just take it to the next level. I'm gonna smoke my next one now!
Hey Chef, I'm Australian and we don't celebrate thanksgiving, but I was impressed by this great looking meal, I've seen other people make green bean casserole, and it's always looked pretty bad, but your casserole looks incredible, great video, cheers from Melbourne Australia 🇦🇺👍🏼
Took me 4 sittings just to watch! Looks absolutely epic and makes me wish I was ambitious enough to pull something like this off. As for the shameless plugs, I'm very much looking forward to your Black Friday sale…
Thank you for the absurdity of the world's longest potato peeling and chopping montage. You've explained on previous live streams how much of a PITA those sequences are to edit, so I appreciate that you took the time to share the whole damn thing with us!
Potato chopping sequence was epic. 👍👍
Great video Brad! I almost fell asleep but the video got a lot more interesting at 35:05
first heard of a turducken when i was in texas to meet the family of the lady i intend to marry (and she intends to let me!)
her folks laughed so hard when i was trying to wrap my head around the concept of the turducken and said "isn't this banned somewhere in Leviticus?"
Turduckenail has a quail too!
Loved your appearance on Guga’s video!!! You are the definition of “good people”
THANK YOU BRADLEY!!!! Your efforts were so fun to watch. I want this in my life some day. Love your channel. Love your products! Happy Holidays in CHUDland! from Portland, Oregon … living near trees …
I'll save this video to use when I retire and can duplicate this cook! Wow! looks fantastic!
Dangit that looks tasty 😋
I just ate dinner and now I'm starving. Well done sir 🫡
Also, I am a HUGE fan of the chopping compilations, but that potato chopping was fantastic 👏🏼
First, I love the channel. Been a watcher/subscriber since 2023 or so. Second, why in the heck does half the chefs in the world think thyme and rosemary has to be used. It literally is some of the worst flavors on earth!
Impressed (not surprised, but impressed)! Loved this! Saving the video for all the sides (not sure I will ever make a Turducken, but who knows….Thanks Brad!!
This is the closest I’ll ever come to a Turducken. It was a hoot watching you make it. You are the best and most genuine chef on the channels. Happy Thanksgiving to you and yours, and to Guga too.
So I always debone my turkey exactly like that, season and tie it up. I remove the wings for my stock. Funny thing is after im done……. Well let’s just say it looks a bit pornographic. John Holmes would blush bad. Anyway ✌️
Your thanksgiving videos have become quite a part of my hype for thanksgiving! Thanks for another awesome video!
I'm only halfway through and I gotta say, this is one of your best, and definitely funniest videos yet!
John Madden would be proud!
Have been waiting for the annual Chudsgiving video! Didn't disappoint once again Brad.
Back legs??? Hmmmm 🤔 ok….
💯💯💯💯💯💯💯💯💯💯💯💯💯
So many good 1 liners in this episode.
What the hell are you doin’, boy?
Look at that butthole, though.
"Stabbing and tying" 😅
Did your deboned turkey for our Canuck Thanksgiving last month. Bit of work and time but it turned out awesome.
