Recipe 1: Beef And Onion Stir Fry
Recipe Ingredients for 2 person:
300 g Beef Sirloin Steak (Skirt or Flank Steak are fine as well. Use the cut of beef you like)

Marinade with:
1 Tbsp. Light Soy Sauce
1 Tbsp. Dark Soy Sauce
1 Tbsp. Oyster Sauce
1/2 Tsp. Baking Soda
1 1/2 Tbsp. Corn Starch

Vegetables:
1 Large White Onion
4 Spring Onions
Garlic and Chili Flakes optional

Stir Fry Sauce:
1 Tbsp Dark Soy Sauce
1 Tbsp. Oyster Sauce
40 ml Vegetable Broth (you can use Chines Cooking Wine but Vegetable Broth is very delicious as well)

Recipe 2: Ground Beef Bulgogi Stir Fry
Recipe Ingredients for 2 person:
350g Ground Beef

Sauce:
2 Tbsp. Light Soy Sauce
1 Tbsp. Dark Soy Sauce
1 Tbsp. Mirin/Rice Wine (for non alcoholic version you can use broth or water instead)
2 Tbsp. Bone Broth
1 Tsp. Brown Sugar
1 Tbsp. Toasted Sesame Oil

Vegetables and Aromatics:
1/2 White Onion
3 Spring Onions
4 Cloves Garlic
1 Red Chili (please check heatness of the Chili before adding)
10g Dry Shitake (prepare 20 minutes in hot water)

Add some more Dark Soy Sauce at the end if you like for taste and nice colour.
Garnish with green onion and red chili.

Recipe 3: Beef Chow Fun – Fried Rice Noodles
Recipe Ingredients for 2 person:
300g Beef Flank Steak (or any cut of your choice)
Marinade with:
1/2 Tbsp. Light Soy Sauce
1 Tbsp. Dark Soy Sauce
1 Tbsp. Oyster Sauce
1/2 Tsp. Brown Sugar
1 Tbsp. Chinese Cooking Wine (for non alcoholic version use chicken broth instead)
1/4 Tbsp. Baking Soda
1 Tbsp. Corn Starch
1/4 Tbsp. White Pepper
1 Tbsp. Peanut or Cooking Oil

Noodles:
180g Dry Rice Noodles (prepare according to package instructions)
1/4 Tbsp. Salt

Onions:
1/2 Large White Onion
3 Spring Onions
2 Cloves Garlic

Sauce:
1/2 Tbsp. Light Soy Sauce
1 Tbsp. Dark Soy Sauce
1/2 Tsp. Toasted Sesame Oil

400g Pre-Cooked Rice

1 Diced Carott

10g Dry Shitake (prepare 10 minutes in hot water)
