The Absolute BEST Corned Beef Brisket recipe 🍀🇮🇪



This corned beef brisket with cabbage and vegetables is as good as they come. Slowly braised in a deeply flavorful Guinness beef broth. Tender, juicy, and incredibly scrumptious. And perfect for your St. Patrick’s Day feast!

CORNED BEEF WITH HORSERADISH SAUCE INGREDIENTS:
2½ lb corned beef brisket, with spice packet
1 beef bouillon cube, crumbled
3 cloves garlic, minced
1 tbsp whole-grain mustard
1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
11oz. Guinness stout beer
8 black whole peppercorns
12 oz. baby gold/yellow potatoes
3 medium carrots, peeled and cut into strips
1 onion, peeled and cut into wedges
1 medium green cabbage, cored and cut into 5 to 6 wedges
Coarse sea salt and freshly ground black pepper

  2. lol. Corned beef and cabbage has been my favorite meal since i can remember. Probably since at least 5yo. I know i have had it on my birthday for 30 something years.
    So i was probably one of the few kids that loved cabbage. Ive always loved coleslaw also.

  4. You guys are adorable and a joy to watch… i have my corned beef in the fridge…am substituting a few handfuls of chickpeas at the last minute to have something with a potato consistency. I'm avoiding potatoes for weight reasons. But i have the onion, carrots and cabbage. Was thinking of preparing it tomorrow.
