lol. Corned beef and cabbage has been my favorite meal since i can remember. Probably since at least 5yo. I know i have had it on my birthday for 30 something years.
So i was probably one of the few kids that loved cabbage. Ive always loved coleslaw also.

I dont have a singular whole cut of brisket, I have multiple cuts of brisket that weigh the same is using multiple cuts fine or does it have to be a single piece of brisket for brining the meat?

You guys are adorable and a joy to watch… i have my corned beef in the fridge…am substituting a few handfuls of chickpeas at the last minute to have something with a potato consistency. I'm avoiding potatoes for weight reasons. But i have the onion, carrots and cabbage. Was thinking of preparing it tomorrow.
This is exactly the way my Gran made it in N. Ireland for us before moving to Canada.Yum!♥️🇨🇦🍀
