  1. I made the first apple slice and it was fantastic. My fussy husband also had it and loved it. I added some crushed pecans on the topping just for me. Love almond flour & marzipan. Thanks for the 3 really good recipes!

  2. This looks amazing! It's fall and my favorite time of year to try new recipes. As a matter of fact, I just pulled it out of the oven. I have a diabetic family member so I'm using granulated monk fruit. Two firsts for me, your recipe and the monk fruit as a sweetener. My house smells so good and let me tell you it is amazing!! The quintessential fall apple recipe. Here in the US they sell poor quality food. The monk fruit sweetener is non-GMO and sold by Sweet Leaf. It is so simple to use because it's a 1:1 ratio to sugar. My mom's blood sugar didn't spike either. Thank you so much from me and mom. I just subscribed!

  5. There are so many things that I’ve made in my life, not containing cows, milk of any kind. That people never knew didn’t contain milk. I would make all the desserts, pancakes, desserts, regular meals, and I never use cows milk ever as I’m terribly allergic to it. People have to wake up and use other things sheep’s milk is the closest to human milk that you can have. Cows milk will not digest in the human system. Try using alternatives to cows, milk, and heavy cream and everything else.

  6. Why does everybody use milk, cows, milk? There are so many people that are allergic to cows milk you should not be using it. There should be an alternative like almond milk, sheep’s milk and or goats milk. You should add an alternative to your recipe. I grew up on a dairy farm and was all allergic to cows milk all my life. I am now 70 years old and still cannot have cows milk. So I’ve had to find all kinds of alternatives to using cows milk in cooking.
