I had the most wonderful carbonara three weeks ago. A famous restaurants in Rome last year, (which I won’t name) made the worst carbonara I ever had. Horrible. Flash forward…to this year….the very best, creamy rich carbonara I ever have eaten was in Sicily! I had it three times in two weeks. Pasta queen, this looks exactly like it. YUM!!!!
