The Chicken Seasoning:
1 1/2 lbs Chicken thighs
1 tbsp Olive Oil
1 1/2 tsp Onion powder
1 1/2 tsp Garlic powder
1/2 tsp Red chili flakes
Coarse salt (TT)
1/2 tsp Coarse black pepper
1/2 tsp Paprika
1 tsp Cajun seasoning

Making the Sauce:
2 1/2 cup Heavy Cream
1 whole diced Bell peppers
4 cloves Garlic
1 cup white diced onion
1 tbsp Butter
1 tbsp Olive Oil
2/3 cup Sun Dried Tomatoes (Optional)
1 1/2 tsp Cajun Seasoning
1 tsp Oregano
1 tsp Onion Powder
1/2 tsp Red Chili Flakes
1 cup Parmesan Cheese
Coarse Salt (TT)
