  1. I do the twice fried, but I don't let them sit in the fridge. They turn out great. I put about 10 wings in there, cook at 300 for 20 minutes, then 400 for about 10 minutes. I also tried the same thing, but coated them in peanut oil first, they were even more crispy, but nice and tender inside.

  2. Great video and commendable search for the perfect air fryer wing,
However please don’t be offended when I say after trying your slow cook method with the Asian style sauce. The recipe was complex, time consuming and far from the perfect wing.

  3. You have to do the rice flour both with ( tiny bit water, ala popcorn chicken ) and dry . Also the best twice baked would be sous vide sesoned first dried in fridge then coated flour or crumbed ( dont know why you call them breadings, when only one is breadcrumbs . In Australia we call it crumbing, crumbed or coated , breaded uses breadcrumbs , you Americans use such weird terminology and mispronunciations likke calling herbs erbs and Parmesan cheese parmisian and the dish chicken parmigiana , parmesan even though it has nomparmesan in it whatsoever !
