The Best Air Fryer Recipes You’ll Actually Cook Again (2025)

Air fryers have absolutely taken over again this year — but most recipes out there are either bone dry or full of false promises. In this video, I’ve picked four air fryer recipes that actually worked for me. From cottage cheese pizza bowls to crispy chicken parm and banana donut holes, these are the ones I’d happily make again.

  1. Right then, that’s four air fryer recipes tested — and I’d actually cook all of them again, which is rare. Got a favourite? Or one you reckon I’ve missed completely this year?

Let me know what else you’ve been air-frying lately — snacks, meals, sweet stuff… always looking for the next weird idea to try.

  2. Pork Chops need a good seasoning and they come out great. Also tricky to not over cook and make them dry as sand. But seasoned right and cooked right they're delicious. And to hide the "crime" of the chickens coating coming off why not just make it the bottom instead?….lol

  3. Forget a Parmesan, you should try and also do your take on Parmo. originating from Middlesbrough in teesside it’s a chicken breast ( sometimes smashed and shaped) topped with béchamel sauce and cheese served with salad , chips and garlic sauce or sometimes cream cabbage. Here in teesside the Parmo is loved by many

  4. I modified the chicken parmo recipe slightly.

The breadcrumb mix is the same.

After coating the chicken, cooking & turning it over halfway through the cooking time, I split the remaining cooking time in two & at halfway through that time, added tomato puree, pepperoni & mozzarella.

I then changed the setting to grill for the remaining cooking time & Voila!

  5. Kitchen hack for your next video: use non-stick spray oil (cooking spray) on your hands if you want your dough not to stick as bad…

But… You have two kitchens, each with a confection oven in them… You've owned at least 3 air fryers… Yet you're so still amazed/puzzled by them… But they're basically just counter-top confection ovens…?

  6. Did "Shake 'n Bake" not exist in the 90s? Or maybe it didn't exist in England! I know it was a staple of my mother's cooking in the 70s and 80s! 😁 Every pork chop and chicken drumstick cooked in my mother's house was put in a plastic bag and shaken with bread crumbs and spices from the Shake 'n Bake box!! It could still be dry because the pork shops my mum bought in the 70s were so thin they only had one side! 🤣

  7. I just have the small Chefman model air frier, and it works well. I like the rack design. I also like that it defaults to 400° F for 15 min. That's what I want most of the time, so it's just put the food in the basket and hit Start. The chime halfway through to remind me to flip/shake is nice too.

  8. I'm shocked as an Aussie you've never heard of chicken parm.
It's a classic pub meal here tbh either chicken with gravy or chicken with red sauce and cheese. In Australia there's a war between states/territories on what it's called chicken parmi or chicken parma😂

  9. Gold Dust is NOT a former wrestler…..sort of.

The man that played Gold Dust, Dustin Runnels, is still an active Pro Wrestler. The Gold Dust character, however, is no longer an active character, as Dustin does not own the character and he does not work for the wrestling company (WWE) that does.

He currently performs as Dustin Rhoads, as he is the son of the legendary wrestler Dusty Rhoads.

  10. 5.50 to be fair: who needs a recipe for a pork chop? it's literally just season it & roast it, or put breadcrumbs on before and roast it. Maybe get it in the oven/airfryer afterwards to get it on the right internal temp without it getting dried out.
I don't think such a thing as the perfect Airfryer exists. Especially if you want to work with an spatula as their basket is always rather high. Maybe something that is longer helps there, but well then u have plenty of room which can be useless if you have not that much to cook e.g I tend to remember a video where someone tested the "COSORI Dual Blaze Twinfry" which is quite long so u probably can work there from the side.

  11. Pork chops are one of my favorites, and they’re definitely not supposed to be dry! Good gravy, thinking that’s how they’re supposed to be makes me so sad.

Also, I have a glass container that has a sprayer. I add my high heat oil of choice, and it’s so much simpler and definitely much less expensive!
