  2. I find your meals are so good I've made so many of them.. but can I let you in on a little secret if you have a pressure cooker you can do the same thing and cook your chicken in there 20 minutes they are done, season all your meat the same way even with the flour you don't need any liquid. Hit the manual button set for 20 on there then place lid on and let it cook after it's finished I let it set for 10 minutes in the pot while I fix the sides.. also if I'm making chicken enchiladas I place my chicken in that it has a better flavor then boiling it.

  3. You can bake the potato skins in a single layer in a toaster oven on 400*F – 450*F and crisp up the potato skins and season them however you like. It may be feasible to bake the potato skins or use hot oil to crisp them up. Cheapy homemade potato skins made crispy.

  5. I love the simplicity in your fast recipes! Another fast tip, pop those RUSSET potatoes in a pressure cooker with your bouillon powder and a bit of water, and when they are done, mash them with the same ingredients(I use heavy cream instead of milk) and bam….They are done! I make mine mad early and leave them on keep warm allllll day😂 I can't wait to make this tomorrow and add that cheese to them!! Thank you❤
