There are times when you fall off from your goals, but when you come back, the tunnel vision is so clear that you approach your goals with even more energy. That is what has happened to me in the last three months. I have been traveling so much that I have missed my three days of mindful eating. I have fasted many days, but I missed eating clean, raw, vegan at the beginning of the month. Guess what?
