I am finally sharing with you Guys, on how I Flavor my Seafood.. Whether it’s Fish, Shrimp, or Crab Legs or Lobster.. this is what I make to Run on my Seafood. I pat the seafood dry with a Paper Towel, & then I smear this Seasoned Butter Rub all over & then cover it with Aluminum Foil, & then I bake it for the Cook time it calls for, & It sticks really well when the Seafood is patted dry.. & the flavor is amazing..trust me.
Not only is it packed with tons of Flavor because it’s Baked & not Boiled.. but it will take your Seafood Boil to another Level guaranteed!
Now I don’t mind sharing with you all some of the spices that I use, but again.. I won’t say how much because some people like more than less, & less than more.. so add how much Spice you want into your Butter Rub.. but I will say I only add 1 tsp of Sugar, because that will balance out the Spices..
