2lbs Chicken thighs

2 tsp garlic powder
3/4 tbsp ground cumin
3/4 tbsp turmeric powder
3/4 tbsp ground coriander
3/4 tbsp all spice powder
3/4 tbsp paprika
3/4 tbsp ground cardamom
1/2 tsp ground cloves
1/2 tsp cayenne pepper
1 tsp sazon
1 tsp onion powder
Salt to taste

1/2 lemon juice
2 tbsp white vinegar

1/2 cup of mayo
2 Tbsp of mashed garlic
Makes 4 large sandwiches

  1. Ooooof. So I don't eat meat but it's been almost 20 years and I'm pretty sure I could reverse engineer this with halloumi, seitan, Korean rice cakes, shit, I'll think of something!! Because I absolutely must somehow. Just not tofu lol.

  2. I only cook for me and my wife , can you show us the small batch version of your recipes . In all the years of cooking online , sauces , dishes , you never see anyone show case recipes in small batch form and it is as though they assume every one is cooking for a full house when many of us are alone or with 1 person we cook for .

    Skip the sazon, if you don't have it. Or substitute with half a teaspoon each of oregano and black pepper. Grill or pan fry the chicken for 5 mins each side on medium heat flipping only once. Happy cooking.
