Great soup. I added some corn, homemade chili oil, chili sauce, and some organic apple cider vinegar. Added a bit of mozzarella on top too 🙂

Soups are very easy to make once you've done all the preping. You just put everything in the pot and let it cook.
Great soup recipe…although one change I wud like to make is that instead of mushrooms ( I m not a fan of them ) I would prefer to put eggs.

Yes good one…sometimes it goes well with origano and a couple of eggs to carry you for four hours or so ( with a crust of bread too. ). Cheers and G'day from Australia mate 🇦🇺 🙂 😀
