Just made these without the chips. Best cookies i've ever had and i've tried 15 different recipes over the years. Brown butter is overrated.

Well I just made these cookies. Every time I make one of Joshua’s recipes, I take a bite and yell “got dammit he did it again”, they’re amazing.
If you’re a nerd in the kitchen like me, you use a scale for everything. I found that a 65g cookie baked on 350° for 14-15 minutes is the perfect ratio for a cookie with a soft center and crispy edges🍪
Why not scoop then refrigerate? I bake cookies often and it’s saved me a lot of time
