  1. Josshhhhhhhhhh mine spread out too much. I had to bake for like 12 mins because I baked two sheets at a time. was that my mistake? if I bake one sheet at a time, where in the oven do I put the tray? closer to the coil or what

  2. Well I just made these cookies. Every time I make one of Joshua’s recipes, I take a bite and yell “got dammit he did it again”, they’re amazing.

    If you’re a nerd in the kitchen like me, you use a scale for everything. I found that a 65g cookie baked on 350° for 14-15 minutes is the perfect ratio for a cookie with a soft center and crispy edges🍪
