How to make Tonkatsu

Ingredients:
1 kilo Pork loin or tenderloin
2 cups of Japanese or Panko Breadcrumbs
1 1/2 cups of All Purpose Flour
2 Eggs, slightly beaten
Salt and Pepper
Shredded cabbage for serving
Tonkatsu Sauce for dipping

Homemade Tonkatsu Sauce:
1/4 cup Worcertershire sauce
1/4 tomato sauce or ketchup
2 tsp Soy Sauce
3 tbsp of sugar

Procedure:
1. Seasoned the pork steak with salt and pepper both sides
2. Dredge in flour
3. Then dip into beaten eggs
4. Press into breadcrumbs to coat both sides
5. Heat a large skillet with about 1/2 inch of oil until hot
6. Lay 1-2 pork cutlets in the hot oil
7. Deep fry until golden brown about 5-7 minutes
8. Turning them once or twice
9. Drain the cutlets on paper towels
10. And cut the pork into the bite size that can be eaten with chopstick
11. Serve with shredded cabbage, boiled egg and Tonkatsu Sauce for dipping
