I have to disagree with you, the best eggrolls in the world are found at the great Mandarin restaurant in Eden Prairie Center in Eden Prairie Minnesota. The same mall where the movie Mallrats was filmed. Tony runs an excellent ship and the eggrolls are to die for and they have the best black bean shrimp in the world.
I personally prefer a Vietnamese style egg rolls that a local place did – used rice paper and glass noodles. They were so good. Is be willing to try these, though.
I created my own version of southwest egg rolls and a pineapple dip I perfected
They are amazing if I say so myself.
I love Genghis Cohen eggrolls in Los Angeles. They are East Coast style. So delicious!
