  1. In case anyone wants a deal on the ATK pick for a roasting pan – I just purchased the Cuisinart Roasting Pan with Rack off the ATK Store website – $99.00 bucks!
What a deal, but – too bad I didn't think to order it in time for Thanksgiving, lol…

  2. I feel like only the really well to do people buy those roasting pans and racks because 1) they can 2) they entertain a lot of their well to do friends, colleagues, neighbours, etc. and can actually utilize the capacity or should I say, their house maids / chefs can utilize the capacity.

Like Adam, I do most of my baking in the rim pan mostly because I cook for myself my live-in dad which is plenty for us both. Ikea sells these for $10 or so. So does Walmart and other bricks and mortars so they're much more affordable than say a $100+ pan that 'might' get used once a year for turkey roasting.

  3. I have roasted entire turkeys on half sheet pans. The only times I feel a roasting pan and rack is absolutely needed is when you're roasting an actual roast which does better elevated up in the air.

  4. Love this, and love how in the background, you see Adam's dish rack full of clean dishes etc that can't go in the dishwasher. As for Thermoworks products, I have the classic Thermapen, in yellow and I use it all the time. Want the Chef Alarm eventually, and I like how you can replace just the probes if need be, and cost $13 or so.

Today, I have another product that you guys endorse coming in the mail. A Cole and Mason Derwent pepper grinder, in wood accent. It replaces an older IKEA 365+ grinder.

  5. Is it the Thermoworks or Thermopro Chef Alarm? I'm looking online and cannot find a Thermoworks, only Thermopro. I want to get exactly what was featured in this video, so could ATK please put a link to it in the description? Thanks!!
