    Sugar 175g (¾ cup, 2 tablespoons)
    Vegetable Oil 30ml (2 tablespoons)
    2 Eggs (medium size)
    Plain Yogurt 120g (½ cup)
    Plain Flour 200g (1 ⅓ cups)
    Baking powder 1 ⅓ teaspoons
    Vanilla extract 1 teaspoon

    Icing drip:
    Powdered Sugar 50g (½ cup)
    Milk 1-2 tablespoons

    Measuring cup size – 240ml
    Baking pan 20×20 cm (8×8 inch)

    Bake in a preheated oven at 170c (338f) for 25-30 minutes
