My favorite ❤️ this dish and also a glass of wine 🍷 ?
does onion belong in Filipino adobo ? i get conflicting answers
Amazing! Similar to my father in laws, the only difference is he uses ginger, oregano, and oyster sauce for the sweetness. The ginger kicks it up a notch.
Does the type of sugar matter?
Tou put vinegar when it's already cooked.
Anyway it's your channel

Just finish cooking this. This will be my go to adobo recipe😋
Well! That's a very nice video. Very clear and appetizing. We can see the sauce get thicker, it really looks promising. Some people just put everything together in a pan and start cooking it, I am sure this technique is better. Today I drove to another city basically to have this for lunch, and I was a little disappointed, it was under seasoned, no sense of vinegar and spices at all. No harm done, but this food suffered the same fate that Taco Bell brought to Mexican food. I then went to the beloved "Manila Bakery" nearby and the reliably delicious hot food was pretty much sold out. Too bad! So it's another thing you have to make yourself, and here we are!
