  2. I’m not from America and have never tried fudge
    The only information I can get of fudge is from google, and they look like candies
    Why do they look like cakes or brownies in the vid

    Ingredients:

    Butter (1/2 cup)

    2 eggs

    Sugar (1 cup)

    Cocoa powder (1/3 cup)

    Vanilla extract (2 tablespoon)

    Flour (1/2 cup)

    1. Preheat: preheat the oven to 180 degrees.

    2. Start mixing: start your brownies by mixing sugar and butter in a bowl. Once they are fully mixed, add your egg. Then add the flour, cocoa powder, and vanilla extract.

    3. Bake: bake in the oven for 15 minutes at 180 degrees. Take then out and let them cool for one minute and they are ready! Time total: 18 minutes. Enjoy!

    Dark chocolate(chopped)- 225 gms Chocolate chips – 100 gms Castor sugar- 1 cup Eggs – 4 Maida- 2/3 cup Baking powder 1/4 tsp Vanilla extract 1tsp White butter -80 gms Regular butter-80 gms Melt the butter and chocolate together in the microwave in short spurts of 30 secs. Add sugar and mix with a spatula but not too much. Break the eggs in a separate bowl and add them one at a time. Follow it up with vanilla, mix, then fold in the flour & baking powder & mix again till the batter leaves the sides of the bowl. Pour into a lined baking dish and Bake at 165 degrees for 18-20 minutes and NOT more! They should develop a film & cracks on top and should be gooey and chewy from inside.
