Valentine’s Day calls for something special, and what’s more romantic than a perfectly cooked garlic butter steak? Whether you’re cooking for your partner or treating yourself, this dish is pure love on a plate.
Ingredients:
• 2 ribeye steaks, cut into 1-inch cubes
• 2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
• ½ tablespoon onion powder
• ½ tablespoon garlic powder
• ½ tablespoon Creole seasoning
• ½ tablespoon ground black pepper
• 4 tablespoons unsalted butter
• 2 tablespoons minced fresh garlic
• A few sprigs of fresh rosemary
• Salt, to taste
Instructions:
1. Marinate the Steak:
• In a large bowl, combine the Worcestershire sauce, onion powder, garlic powder, Creole seasoning, ground black pepper, and a pinch of salt.
• Add the ribeye steak cubes to the bowl, tossing to ensure each piece is thoroughly coated with the marinade.
• Allow the steak to marinate for at least 15 minutes at room temperature. For a deeper flavor, you can marinate the steak in the refrigerator for up to 2 hours.
2. Sear the Steak Bites:
• Heat a large skillet over medium-high heat. Once hot, add 4 tablespoons olive oil
• Place the marinated steak bites in the skillet in a single layer, ensuring not to overcrowd the pan. Sear for about 2 minutes without moving them, allowing a golden-brown crust to form.
• Flip the steak bites and sear the other side for an additional 2 minutes, or until they reach your desired level of doneness. For medium-rare, aim for an internal temperature of 135°F (57°C).
• Once cooked, transfer the steak bites to a plate and set aside.
3. Prepare the Garlic Butter Sauce:
• In the same skillet, reduce the heat to medium. Add the remaining 2 tablespoons of butter.
• Once the butter has melted, add the minced fresh garlic and rosemary sprigs. Sauté for about 1 minute, stirring frequently, until the garlic becomes fragrant and slightly golden.
4. Combine and Serve:
• Return the steak bites to the skillet, tossing them in the garlic butter sauce to ensure each piece is well-coated. Cook for an additional 1-2 minutes to warm through.
• Remove the rosemary sprigs and transfer the steak bites to a serving platter.
• Garnish with freshly chopped parsley, if desired, and serve immediately.
These Garlic Butter Steak Bites pair wonderfully with roasted vegetables, mashed potatoes, or a fresh green salad. Enjoy this savory dish as a delightful main course or an elegant appetizer.

Not usually a steak girl, but I'm going to give this a try for as an option for meal prep.
Can this also be done with a NY strip? Does it always have to be a rib eye? Would love if you could also recommend some other steak options that can be used ♥️
Did she just grab that hot pan handle bare handed? 3:18.

Just a note I think you should change your cutting board to a wooden one. I think those kinds of cutting boards put plastics micro plastics into your food and you don’t want that

I'm wary of doing much to a good ribeye, but that all seems delicious.

3:27 turn down the heat, then add the butter and garlic. Rosemary is optional makes it taste fancy. Dont burn the garlic though.
