Thanks, Lisa. I sure would have liked to know if you reviewed the Weber grill tongs and, if so, what you thought of them.
1:20 winner oxo 16 inch

The best one there you never talked about ,WEBER PERIOD
Oxo and of course Weber is the best!
Third time I’ve came here to know what to buy. Love these videos.
Lisa’s my favorite!
I know this is a quick video but I would liked to hand seen the runner up as well.
What about those Weber tongs?
I feel like the 2 top competitors are the Edlund locking tongs and oxo tongs
Agreed, the OXO is a good bargain, works for me. I tend to leave them outside and they still last in the Florida weather
The tong with the heat shield looks good. And also the winner one.
Aww, they have a pair of Weber tongs there but don't even talk about them! What do they like/don't like???
Why would you want locking tongs? I;m serious. It seems unnecessary, but if someone could explain why this added function (that could go wrong and then make them worthless) is useful, I truly would like to know.
I'm very surprised you found the Rosle tongs hard to get used to. They became natural to me in the 5 seconds I handled them in the store. They're SOOOO much better than having to use two hands to lock and unlock those stupid horrible OXO ones, plus the jaws are much better shaped.
I've been fighting with our grill tongs for a year and I've had enough. They were part of a $12 set and they're horrible. They actually twist as you're holding them and it's impossible to get a good grip on anything. I've struggled to lift a hot dog, let alone something like a rack of ribs or a big steak. For those items I don't even bother with the tongs at all.
Today I was fighting with them again and bellowed "I'VE HAD IT!!" As I stomped into the house a random thought popped into my head. "I wonder if America's Test Kitchen has any suggestions?"
Literally four minutes later I've got my tongs ordered from Amazon prime and on their way. Too easy.
Thank you for saving my sanity… and money!! lol!
I got some tongs with Teflon gloves…i found them great for having fried chicken shoot across the room…
I totally agree! Those are great tongs! I am sad that the rubber on my shorter pair is starting to come off though.
I absolutely love every review by Lisa. She's the best!!
I don't do it often but this time I disagree with your choice. Having worked in rest' kitchens, the up and down lock style of tongs is my preference as they only require one hand to operate leaving the other hand free and not having to use two hands sometimes comes in handy (like when you have a pan in your hand) . Admittedly there is a learning curve to perfecting the action but it really doesn't take long to get the hang of it.
You can pretty much pencil in OXO for the win for just about every kitchen tool
I actually have those use them on the grill and stove.
Is there an Oxo goodgrips product that doesn't get rave reviews from ATK?
I love Lisa.
Love these equipment reviews. Thanks
At first I thought this was about grilling thongs, my mistake.
Perfect video length, great descriptions, and no wacky editing. This is the way this information should be presented! Well done.
Those oversized bbq are so annoying. Tongs from the dollar store work better.
Oxo. I just gravitate to that brand. Good equipment at a good price. And they last forever.
That's what I use. works great.
Lol that first one reminds me of that garbage gillette commerical
Cause those tongs were oppressing women with its toxic masculinity
10/10 would buy
I just watched a video on tongs and never once saw someone do the double click when opening it too make sure they work. Color me disappointed
The winning tongues look about like the ones I have and use in my kitchen and I love them.
I have some 16 inch Winco, tongs, that are even better! No goofy grip to possibly melt, all stainless steel. I can use them for cooking food, or moving charcoal on the grill / camp dutch ovens. They don't lock, & I don't care! They cost about $9.00. Toss them in the dish washer to clean!
I own the Oxo tongs and agree with you. It is the best tongs.
