The Best Grilled Pork Chops with a delicious Asian marinade



Pork chops soaked in an asian marinade consisting of orange and soy and then grilled makes an absolutely delicious dinner. It’s no secret that I love asian flavors combined with grilling. This may be one of my favorite recipes yet. This recipe was developed by my friends on the Traeger Grills culinary team and it is a home run. In this video we use a high quality heritage breed pork, but you can leverage this marinade and technique with any type of pork. I find it works best with a thick cut pork chop.

  1. Matt, I’ve been watching you a while now! I’m in Charleston SC. Just want to say, you’re the man bro! I’m a badass bar b Q man from Nashville originally. I’ve lived all over, Dallas, TN, Florida, Georgia and the Carolina’s. As you know Que is somewhat different in all those locations.

  2. Grill some peaches on that Santa Maria and baste with that bourbon. Of course, have some homemade ice cream churning for the center of the grilled peaches too. Maybe some kind of topping, maybe caramel?😎👍
