Dont be like me, and forget to thaw your steaks… but if you do, here’s a trick that works so well no one would notice the difference!! I’ll blame this mistake on being sick the past week 😂😂

So we’re going turn this mistake into an experiment and try cooking them frozen in the sous vide! I’ve seen this before, but never tested it out!

I’ve always been curious if the texture would change or how good it would actually work, and I was very surprised with the result!

One let thing to remember, is normally 1.5 hours does the trick, but with a frozen steak I recommend adding an hour! 2.5-3 hours will do the trick!
