When I was a kid growing up, my mother baked bread weekly (it was cheaper than buying loafs of bread at the store). There was nothing better than hot bread from the oven and butter after school! Thanks for the wonderful memories!!

That bread looks delicious!! I could smell it cooking in your kitchen. Lol yes i have made bread many times years ago. I made sour dough bread and Herman aka Amish Friendship Bread. You have to have a starter for both of them and feed it. Both were soooo good. You make me want to get my bread machine out. Could i make your recipe with wheat flour? Prediabetic so i have to watch what i eat.
I make the bread also,need to try cheese bread take sharp or any kind of cheese when you flatten your dough out cover it with grated cheese I and pepper to mine also then roll it up let it rise ,then back it's awesome
