👩‍🍳 Ingredients:

3 ½ cups all-purpose flour
1 tbsp baking powder
1 tsp baking soda
½ tsp salt
4 tsp ground cinnamon
1 cup avocado oil (or neutral oil of choice)
1 cup honey
1 ½ cups granulated sugar
½ cup brown sugar
3 large eggs, room temp
1 tsp vanilla extract
1 cup warm coffee or strong tea
½ cup orange juice (fresh squeezed if possible)

📌 Instructions:

Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 9×13 pan or two loaf pans with parchment or use a Bundt pan.
In a large bowl, whisk flour, baking powder, baking soda, salt, cinnamon, white & brown sugar.
In another bowl, whisk oil, honey, eggs, vanilla, OJ and coffee until smooth.
Slowly add dry mixture to wet. Don’t over-mix.
Bake: 50–55 min (9×13) OR 45–50 min (loaf pans). Toothpick should come out clean but moist.
