And please don’t judge me too hard. I know i said “Beef Mongolian”. I was nervous. But it is actually Mongolian Beef.

Ingredients:
1 lb Sirloin or Flank Steak
1 red onion
1 tbsp ginger
2 garlic cloves
4 scallions
1 red chili
1 tsp cornstarch mixed with 2 tbsp water

Marinade :
1 tbsp soy sauce
1 tbsp Chinese Rice Wine
3 tsp cornstarch
*Marinade the meat for 30 min

Sauce:
1/4 cup soy sauce
1/4 cup water
3 tbsp brown sugar
2 tbsp Chinese Rice Wine
