Love NACHOS as much as we do? well let me share with you my family’s favorite CHEESY BEEFY NACHOS recipe, when my kids ask for nachos this is exactly what they expect! The best part it only takes less than 15 minutes to make 😋
‼️serve immediately
Ingredients:
1/2 onion
1 Roma tomato
2 lbs lean ground beef (93/7) if you use ground beef with higher fat content just make sure to reserve 1 tbsp of it’s fat
My taco spice blend:
1 1/2 tsp garlic salt
1 tsp onion powder
1 tsp ground cumin
1 tsp chili powder
1 tsp paprika
1 tsp oregano
1 tsp black pepper
1/2 tsp cayanne pepper
Salt I use 1/2 tsp
1 tbsp APF
For my nacho sauce
3 tbsp butter
3 tbsp APF
1/2 tsp paprika
1/2 tsp black pepper
1/2 tsp salt
3 tbsp pickled jalapeños
12 oz evaporated milk
1/2 cup milk
8 oz medium cheddar cheese
1 serving of love 💕

There's already salt in garlic salt.. It's better to use garlic powder and then add your own salt to taste
