  1. Get natural peanut butter compare to number of peanuts in EXTRA chunky to prove there's more peanuts unnatural peanut butter as convince buyers to buy the one that is damaging to their health. Logical. I eat Jif myself but I don't go tell 1.48 million people and followers that trust that advice to buy it over natural. Geez

  2. I prefer creamy peanut butter because it goes further. The creaminess makes it easier to spread so you can cover any surface you spread it on easier. I use Crunchy only for cookies both drop & bar. All the Best, All the Time RMH/Ohio

  3. Skippy SuperChunk! But I get the Natural… and sometimes the No Added Sugar. I don't really hate the Jif (any non-hydrogenated PB is good PB), but I'm not fond of the molasses flavor.

If I were making, say, a PB Cheesecake, I think I would prefer the creamy.

  4. Health wise, the best PB is added sugar and hydrogenated oil free. Valencia peanuts are the best because they have the lowest amount of aflatoxin. This is a mold by-product that is hard on the liver. Trader Joe's brand and Kirkland/Costco brand (they only carry smooth) use Valencia peanuts.
