This is my mom’s recipe for pulled beef – simple, slow-cooked, and absolutely delicious. Perfect if you’re working from home or just want something comforting simmering away in the background.

What you’ll need:
-Beef
-Paprika
-Salt
-Chili flakes
-Rosemary
-Black pepper
-Butter
-Tomato purée
-Garlic
-Carrot
-Onion
-Water
Cook it low and slow for about 3 hours – until the beef falls apart. Don’t forget to save some of the stock for boiling bulgur, making soup, or adding flavor to another dish.
