  1. You had me at "pulled." I'm not joking. I can't stand hamburger and I rarely eat chicken and I was looking for a way to make healthy tacos. I never once thought pulled chicken or that container of Jack Daniels pulled pork that is soaked in sauce in the hot dog bologna aisle – until your video said the word pulled. Satori, enlightenment. Thanks for the great idea. Downloaded this.

  2. Followed this recipe to the tee and I didn’t like it, I used dried guajillo peppers and it was incredibly spicy. I’m sure its because I left the seeds in, or maybe I used the wrong pepper. But either way I’ll try to tweak the recipe to my liking next time

  3. I coudn't find guajillo peppers or any of it's recommended replacement peppers (ancho or pasilla) at my local grocery stores. What else can I use to create the sauce?? Everything is closed now and tomorrow is a holiday.

  4. I just finished eating these paired with a fresh squeezed lime margarita. 10/10. Thank you. I’ll be looking to you for more recipes. Very easy considering how good of a meal it was. The hardest thing was tracking down the Guajillo chilis in my city. Only a few stores carry them but luckily there was a store only 10-15 minutes from me.

  5. Tried this recipe – turned out great! Finished them in instant pot but next time I would just do it as shown here. It was delicious! I also had to sub enchilada sauce for the guajillo Chilies bc my local store had no power (bad storms) when I went – I used what I had on hand.

  6. Made them tonight using low-carb tortillas, cuz we're trying to lose weight over here! It was amazing! My family loved it! Thanks for posting this and all your other recipes! Keep doing what you're doing and I'll keep following! ❤
