Thank you! I –
Thanks for this easy to understand and watchable video. Giving your recipe away is an amazing thing to do, I’ll probably buy some product from you just on principle. And the temp explanation is expert, I’ll get my stop watch and do exactly what you’ve taught, thanks!
Excellent Seasoning/Rub! Thanks for the recipe!
Thought you where "Daisy Duke" That's a compliment!
Great looking chops. Thank you for sharing.
😎💯👍
That WEBER looks bad ass, and the old school wood handles. Good video too.

I just grilled 2 chops with your recipe! Perfect, thank-you!
My son loves this rub. I'm going to buy some of your stuff as soon as I pay off all his baseball crap …lol Seriously I will be buying this rub. Thank you
Made these today and they were incredible! I used a Vortex on my Weber kettle charcoal grill. Temps went 550 degrees which seared them quick then cooked indirect until internal temp was 145.Thanks for posting this
I tried a few brown sugar recipes but could never get them right. This is exactly what I was looking for 😋
Hi Susie. Can I buy your spices in Australia? Do you have a supplier you dealing with here?
I use a similar recipe without the brown sugar. Also, on your website, it has 1/2 tsp ground mustard in the mix, but not in video. Was that an updated version? Which one do you recommend? I will like do without tonight because I’ve never made it with yet.
Those look delicious.
That is a beautiful chop
You don’t brine them?
Hey Susie if you were a baseball player you'd be batting 1000
Awesome thorough and to the point video! Love seeing a charcoal grill being used 😉
I love your Rub Susie 👍 Greetings Bernd
The only rub I use
Susie, this looks great! I see you did this on a charcoal grill. Can this be done on a gas grill as well?
With a chop that thin why not cook to 132 to 135. That's a nice warm temperature with just a tich of pink, my favorite
It's hard to tell watching the video. Would you say those are 1/2" or a round 1" thick?
Thank you! Thank you! for the recipe!
Haha! Love it! I'm making pork chops for dinner tonight. 😋
You forgot the ground mustard in the rub!
Brine?
We make your sweet rub all summer long – can’t get it up here in Toronto, Ont, Canada…and it’s fantastic on so many things. The chops look great. 🇨🇦👍🏼
thanks for sharing 🎉❤
