  1. For those at home who don’t want to/can’t use an oven at such a high setting for this, if you have a stovetop convection oven/air fryer, you can get very similar results at a temp of 350-400 or so. The hot air will cause the browning, as long as you toss the broccoli with oil beforehand. (And this works with frozen broccoli florets too!)

  2. Well I don't doubt it's great… I just take out frozen bag of broccoli florets, toss the frozen broccoli in olive oil, some salt, pepper, chili flakes, and then a 400 degree oven for 20 min. It will come out more roasted then this and can be prepped in a less then 5 min on the baking sheet without needing a bowl.

  3. If you want better browning a brand new sheet pan like the one he used isn’t going to do it. I have a dedicated roasting pan that gets darker with every use as the oils polymerize and it only gets better with use, kind of like a cast iron pan.
