FINNALLY an accurate SEAFOOD gumbo. Seen so many recipes that add sausage. The whole point of seafood gumbo is no meat and most importantly no sausage it overpowers the fish.
Minus okra. Perfect! Some substitute will be perfect as well

I won't use the vegetable 🌽 oil, but will use an olive 🫒 oil instead.
