After having seafood lasagna several times at the Drift Inn in Yachats Oregon I found this recipe and have made it several times now. It is just as good. So rich. I freeze it in individual servings to enjoy for months. Thanks!
Tried this last thanksgiving for my dad’s family. Big mistake because they are not big seafood people (GA) but I knew that. This year, I’m hosting thanksgiving at my house and my mom’s side (LA) will thoroughly enjoy this! I’m so excited!! Thank you!
