  1. You can never go wrong with a smash burger. I like mine sauced up as well. A new style I have grown fond of is a bbq blue cheese burger. You can add your bacon to it of course but it has fried onions on it instead of grilled or fresh onions. Not necessarily onion rings but they are breaded fried onions. Instead of BBQ you can use steak sauce instead. Dont forget the real blue cheese crumbles. So fye
