– 1 NY Strip Steak
– 4 Pasture Raised Organic Eggs
– Beef Tallow
– Salt
– Pepper
– Garlic

1. Take Out Steak 30 Min Before Cooking. Generously Season The Steak With Salt, Pepper And Garlic Powder.
2. Heat A Large Cast Iron Pan Over Medium High Heat. Add In Some Beef Tallow And Sear Steak. Push It Down So The Whole Steak Is Making Contact With The Pan. Leave It For 2 Minutes And 30 Seconds. (Yes, Set A Timer) Flip It And Cook An Additional 2 Minutes And 30 Seconds. Before Removing From The Pan, Sear Off The Side Of The Steak With All Of The Fat.
3. Remove The Steak And Allow It To Rest For At Least 5 Minutes.
4. Wipe The Pan, Add More Tallow And Cook Up 4 Eggs. Crack Them In The Pan And Don’t Touch Them Until The Whites Are Completely Cooked.
5. Take The Eggs Out Of The Pan, Slice Up The Steak And Enjoy!!!
