dough
1 cup warm milk
2 t. active dry yeast
or fast acting
1 t. sugar
3 oz. melted butter
1/3 cup sugar
1 T. vanilla
4 egg yolks
3 to 4 1/2 cups all purpose flour , keep a soft dough,
1/4 t. Salt
filling
3/4 stick melted butter
2 cups brown sugar
cinnamon
icing
2 cups Confectioners sugar
1 T. butter
milk or cream enough to make icing smooth and spreadable

sorry but i have another question… I have 4 egg yolks, however they look smaller than yours in the video. Mine are large eggs bought in am grocery store. I do not have access to any farmers or anything like that. I do have two egg yolks left over from making a white fluffy frosting. If I added these to the other 4 yolks, would it hurt this recipe?

When you place the cut rolls in an "oven" to proof, what temp is your oven at? Is there a "too much" temp or "not enough" temp to proof? After about 45 min later, do I and preheat the oven and increase to 350 then? I don't want to ruin these rolls by not proofing enough . Thank you

We just live this sweet cinnamon roll dough recipe. How long would you say to mix it in a stand mixer with a dough hook? On low speed? I thankyou very much! Praise the Lord

I grew up in the suburbs around Arkansas and I had a close friend that had some land and a form right on the border of the city. Anyhow these people remind me of you guys. I myself am Canadian, and have since long moved. Just your voice brings me back to his grandma and her cooking. She was such a positive influence in my young life.
