  1. First of all your beautiful granddaughter/Sous Chef did a great job. Train em’ up right…. and you are doing that brother Ray Mack🙏🏾💙🙏🏾Oh my goodness your Taco Spaghetti looked so good. I can only imagine how good it tasted. And served with tortilla corn chips Oh Lawd my mouth was watering😋nicely done brother Ray and baby girl👏🏾

  2. I'm so thankful you posted this particular recipe. I made the decision to make it tonight for supper – didn't have a full pound of ground meat so I added a little hot italian sausage… let's just say it turned out the spice a notch but it was still so delicious! The chips certainly made the meal – I confess I had to make my own with small tortillas and my air fryer but they were the perfect addition.

Your recipes inspire me to be a little more creative as I follow your outline. I'm excited to be putting a couple prepared meals in the fridge to enjoy the next few days. Thank you again!!!😊

  3. always undercook the pasta by 1-2 mins if you are going to add to a sauce and finish cooking 5 mins or more. Then cover with a lid and the steam will make sure they noodles are perfected. Cooking the noodles all the way and then adding to sauce leaves them mooshy and when you reheat even more mooshy.

  4. Hey Ray Mack, I can't wait to try this. 🙂 I don't add sugar to my sauce, but I do cut the acidity by stewing a carrot (you can remove it when you're done) with the sauce or I add some msg, usually both. 😛 If I'm feeling fancy I'll make part of the sauce from scratch instead, I oven-roast carrot alongside bell pepper and tomatoes and then blend it all together, and add it to jarred tomato sauce.

  5. I did the same thing with my grandma…loved watching her cook and help! I love cooking becuz of her. Your beautiful granddaughter is blessed to be in the kitchen with her grandpa! ❤️

  6. Hey Bro. Ray 🤗 You’re G-daughter is gorgeous!
That’s right, start her young so she’ll love to cook.
I started my Daughter cooking at 3. She would cry if she couldn’t help me do something so sometimes I had to find anything for her to make. My baby girl is 24 and I gotta ask to cook 😂.
That spaghetti looked so good 😋 Comfort food to me.

  7. Good Evening , Ray Mack And Granddaughter . Thank both of you for sharing . Your taco spaghetti . Look so delicious 😋. Your granddaughter is so pretty 🦋 . That's good your teaching her to cook . She was a great help to you . All of you have a great weekend .😊

  8. I make Authentic Italian Homemade Sauce, and I never add Sugar to it, because Italians never add Sugar to their Sauces. That's an American thing! But I have made Taco Spaghetti a few times, and it was Great
