Ingredients
* (Your gonna need a tart tin, grease proof paper and clay baking beads)
* 1 pack filo pastry
* about half pack of vegan butter
* 2 tins of vegan condensed milk (icing sugar is optional)

METHOD:
* First take the paper of your vegan condensed milk and put the tins in a pot of boiling water.. cook for like 3 hours, the longer you cook the darker the Carmel will go. (The tins won’t explode like my girl seemed to think they would, trust me)
* brush about 5-8 filo sheets with vegan butter and place them in your tin. Then put Greeceproof paper on top and clay beads on top of that. Cook in oven at 180c until golden
* when everything is cooled , put your caramel (honey) in the empty filo pie crust cover in to much icing sugar and enjoy
