What temp did you cook it at and for how many hours…? My family and myself are HUGE hunters with a freezer full of deer and squirrel…. I’m excited to try this!
Usually do deer shoulders very similar. Sear over fire then finish overnight in crock pot with some fat, onions, and herbs. Very underrated cut.
