  1. Do you know Ziploc is being sued because of the plastic fibers that are going into your food that you were ingesting which goes to your brain that can cause dementia. Not only that you put your chicken in and then you pound it which means youโ€™re even breaking up the plastic more you better check this out

Natasha , this is great recipe for most of my family , i like a whole rotisserie chicken & give the family the breasts or i like cast iron skillet pan fried chicken with bone in & skin still on & still give the breasts to the family, sides are corn on the cob , green beans , & i like my thighs/legs still connected in 1 piece & i also eat the wings , sweet tea with lemon wedge & i eat a whole onion with my meal, God Bless you and your's

  3. Ive been eating more poultry and pork , beef prices have doubled, i make my chicken that way , i let the rub sit at least an hour , but you can use the chicken for many dishes, ive been using it for quesadillas or chicken, broccoli fettuccine Alfredo โคfrom NY

  4. You are so fun! I have been using mayonnaise for years to coat. I also like to spray my chix breasts with food grade hydrogen peroxide patting off excess with a paper towel then I massage the boobs with mayo and as you do – sprinkle my seasonings, placing inside of parchment paper packet in a baking dish. I pull out of oven when browned and juices have run out.
