  1. Happy New Year Gina and Family🥳🎉✨ I love your recipe, and please stop saying alternative ways, or you can use that if not this, Focus on THE EXACT WAY YOU’RE COOKING. You know good and well we want to fry our bacon to have that bacon grease! Nobody throws raw bacon in to cook with the beans Gina, Just a bit of advice, talk abt WHAT YOU’RE DOING, Im sure ppl know they way they’ll tweek there own. Thank you Gina for all of your recipes💕

  6. Hey Gina, when I was a little girl, my aunt would always make black eye peas and I’ll tell you, I wasn’t crazy about them. Gina I use to feel like the black eye peas be looking at me 😂 but my aunt use to make me eat them, so I use to hate when she cook them. But my youngest daughter cook at a restaurant and she took me out for dinner to her restaurant and when she order herself some black eye peas, Gina I was like you like black eye peas, because I never cook them. So I taste her black eye peas that she order from her restaurant that she work at, and Gina I have to admit , those black eye peas was darn delicious 😋. I would send her text asking her to bring me some black eye peas home from her job. So Gina now I love black eye peas. Thank you for show how to make them. I will 💯 % try it your way, because I just told my daughter I want some black eye peas. But I can’t use bacon, so hopefully it will taste good if I use smoke turkey meat.
